Has anyone had success getting a refund for our replacement link? Mine has been unable to connect the last few classes despite troubleshooting by me, different SAs, and troubleshooting with the app team. It’s very weird because while it says it’s not connected and I can’t see myself on the screen, the activity does show up in my Apple Watch.

Anyways, apparently a lot of people in my gym are having this issue and they have support tickets in, but the fact of the matter is I have a product that doesn’t work that I paid a lot of money for. I like my gym and don’t want to cause problems but do you recommend asking for a refund and pushing the issue? Or just waiting for whatever software upgrade to fix it.
