Motivating Coaches Appreciation
Post Body

Does anyone else get super motivated when coaches join in on workouts with you? I don't mean a coach taking the same class youre taking, but when a coach who is coaching the class decides to join in to do some of the exercises with you as he/she/they are coaching. Today, during my 3G class, when we were doing that last 4.5 min row for distance/from hell, our coach hopped on the rower at 3.5 min and said "Don't let me catch you guys!" And rowed right along with us. It was my last block of the day, and after doing the million DB snatches, hop overs, froggers, squats, 4.5 min run, 1 min AO, I just wanted to easily row right above base for my last 4.5 min on the rower. But NOPE! He hopped on that rower with us, and I pushed myself so damn hard the last 2.5 min and BEAT HIM! Ahhhh I just can't explain how much I love those moments! And how much I love the OTF community for pushing me to do things I never thought I could, or that I just don't want to do!
