I think I hate the rower - anyone else gone from rower hater to lover?
Post Body

After my first class, the my back killed from the rower, so the next class I switched to strider. Strider was great! I put the resistance up pretty high so that I had to use my arms and legs to mimic rower.

Recently, I went to an OTF that only let people sub treads for strider, so it was my first time back on the rower. My back killed, my knees hurt, and I couldn’t get out of the green zone.

I stayed after to talk with a trainer to get some help. She had me not strap my feet in. It kind of helped, but I still hated it - low heart rate, and still back aches

Is there hope to be converted to a rower lover? Or am I doomed to battle for the strider forever?
