New tattoo and OTF?

Just got a new tattoo today on my lower leg/ankle. Trying to get ahold of my artist to check, but in the meantime, how long have you waited to work out at OTF after getting a tattoo?
It’s sealed and covered with that clear Saniderm stuff. He told me to leave it on for 4-5 days.
I usually go Mon/Wed/Fri/Sunday. I’m thinking I ought to skip tomorrow (Monday) if not also Wednesday.
Thanks for any personal experiences with this.
