I haven't worked out at a gym 10 years. Finally decided to get in shape. I don't have any fitness clothing. I mostly wear crocks, cargo pants, and work at a computer all day. My introductory class is next week. Can someone just recommend something I can buy shoes/pants/shirt that work great? Im 159lbs 5'11 Slim. I'd just have no clue what to wear to a gym and I'm having anxiety about it. If you have suggestions and links of stuff you like I can just buy online. I wanna make sure I have two workout outfits. I can't imagine cargo pants work well for working out :-)
