Consistently burn about 1000 calories, but little change to Inbody.

I consistently burn 900-1000 calories a workout or 1500 on 90 minutes and go on average 7-10 times a month, don't eat fast food too frequently and very likely an operating at a pretty horrible calorie deficit when I do go to work in 5-10 day stretches 10-12 hours straight. My orange theory has a Inbody scan it says I'm overweight with a fat mass of 26% which sounds a little unrealistic with my diet and muscle gain. I am male, 5"11, 197 pounds and muscular. Is there any advice as to what I could change? If 3500 calories = 1lb of fat I should be cutting a lot quicker than I have been.
