OTF training for a 5 min mile

I’m turning 40 years old in just over a year and one of my goals that I want to achieve before I hit the big one is to run a 5 minute mile. My last benchmark mile was 5:42. Shaving 42 seconds off doesn’t seam like much but I know it’s a huge challenge. Do you think the HIIT that we do at OTF is enough to get me there or am I going to have to step up my training outside of the studio?
