Stuck at a base pace

I have been at a 6.4mph base pace for 3-4 months. I typically go up to 7.5 for push and 8.5 for all out and adjust as needed for different workouts. I feel like there is room for improvement and would like to continue to increase my speeds, but Iā€™m stuck. Iā€™m in red and orange for most of the tread blocks and feel exhausted at the end. I go 4x a week and usually spread my rest days out. Any advice on breaking the plateau?
