First ever back to back

Today I did my first ever Strength50 followed by a 2G class!! Also my first lower body S50 back since ACL repair surgery 4 months ago! 🦵🏼
I truly didn’t know how long it would take me to get my strength back in my leg, and while it’s still not 100%, I am so grateful to be back working at it! If you ever take working out for granted or get tired of it, just tear a ligament and you’ll regain a whole lotta gratitude for the ability to move your body as normal. 💕
