Feeling bad about missing

This might come off as super silly, but I’m hoping at least one person here understands. I’m an avid OTF goer, I usually go 4x-5x a week and I love it! It’s like therapy lol. I ended up getting a pilonidal cyst and haven’t been able to go in over a week and I just feel horrible. I know I need to rest and wait for this to heal because it’s painful, but I’m actually feeling bad about missing. Maybe it’s just the bad self image issues but I feel like if I’m not constantly workout out I till gain weight lol (sorry for getting super vulnerable) Has this happened to anyone else?
