I’m curious if anyone else is in a similar boat. I (34m) strength train with a coach 3-4x a week outside of OTF - really heavy lifting with the goal of muscle growth and hypertrophy. I use OTF 2x a week-ish primarily for cardio / HIIT (and because I like the music, coaches, and the vibe). Lately though I’ve been noticing that the floor blocks cause me to work the same muscle groups 2-3 days in a row which offsets the recovery I need for growth.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? I’m finding myself going a little rogue on the floor at OTF to create my own circuits to avoid overtraining certain muscle groups, but always feel weird messing up the flow for everyone else. My coaches are pretty indifferent either way.
