How much body fat percentage have you dropped?

I just got measured last week after about 3 months and Iām at 33% as a 34 year old guy. No wonder I look like a potato. Last time I lost a bunch of weight was doing the 75 hard challenge where I cut out alcohol and followed a diet. Curious if I could get below 20% in 75 days. If I calculated that right Iād have to be in between 180-190lbs and Iām currently around 215. What kind of progress have you made?
