Has anyone used OT or group fitness in general to help you drink less?

I usually knock out my classes in the morning but once happy hour rolls around I don’t want to be hanging out at home so I’ll go grab a drink somewhere. Usually a drink turns into about 6 and I’m stuck in this loop of feeling like shit, showing up to workouts hungover etc.

I currently have the 8 classes a month but I’m thinking about doing unlimited so I can show up to these 4 or 5pm classes to get some endorphins going instead of drinking. Has anyone ever done something like this?
