Is orange theory social at all?

I'm curious cause I previously went to a strength training gym with group classes. It was social if you wanted to talk to other people. Sometimes I just wanted to go and do my workout and not talk, but at the same time I met some people I liked there. I'm assuming I'll be too out of breath to have a convo anyway
