Hi everyone! For the first 4 seasons, OITNB used to be one of my very favorite shows; S01-02-04 were some of my favorite seasons of the 2010s. And even in its weaker moments (S03) i still found it entertaining.

Now I don't know what the fuck exactly happened but from the very first minutes of S05 it felt like a parody of the show to me, Something an amateur would write trying to imitate it. I stopped around E05 or E06 cause that shit was unwatchable. I thought it was one of the worst seasons of TV of all time.

My GF started watching it recently and i'd catch an episode now and then with her and it made me remember how good it used to be, so I decided I'm willing to skip S05 and give S06 a shot. Maybe it can recover...

Now I have a couple of questions:

Did anyone feel the same about S05? And what should I know about it getting into S06? Like a summary.
