Looking to see if there are any women in SoCal who would like to have a trainer so they can get focused back into the gym or are starting for the first time and get some extra “motivation” to keep going.
I would be looking to help. Over the years I have been helping coach others for form and strength training and have had fairly good success with it as a hobby of mine. I’m looking to expand on that.
If you’re interested in getting consistent at the gym or trying the gym for the first time we can make it happen. Establish your goals, get you started on a routine, and get things moving forward.
In return my only ask is that you be open to potentially being in a fwb dynamic with your trainer.
