Little about me, I coached bikini athletes and powerlifters for over 10 years. I love the gym and all things physical but I’m also an avid reader and nerd who enjoys a night in.

Just got released to start working out again after a pretty bad injury and surgery so I’m not going to be able to do anything crazy for a bit but if you have an EoS pass I am there regularly just working on my cardio for now.
