A few days ago I injured my lower back while working out, and now I have some hip pain too. Maybe I should go to the doctor but wanted to see if I can find a more mutually satisfying arrangement on here. I’m seeking someone with legit experience (massage therapist, PT/student) to give me some relief with a back massage as my whole back is feeling pretty stiff. We can go further too, and/or I can return the favor somehow :) I can’t host but am happy to drive to you.
I’m 5’3”, asian, 130lbs and I gym 4x a week… not this week though because my back is killing me ;( Please send a face/body pic when messaging otherwise I will not respond
