Procedure for getting married at the Laguna Hills Civic Center?

My partner and I will be getting married at the Laguna Hills Civic Center. We have an appointment for the marriage license and the ceremony.
My biggest question is, how do the vows work? Are standard vows provided, or will we need to bring our own for anything to happen? How long will the ceremony be?
