Private dining room or persian restaurant?

Hey! Looking for a private room for a 70th bday party in OC. I would like it to be persian food but I have heard the only one well liked is Darya and the food isn’t amazing. I know there is caspian but it got moved to another location which is super modern looking.
Does anyone know a restaurant for Persian food that has a good ambiance, good food? (Doesn’t necessarily need private room)
OR does anyone know somewhere that has a private room for rent that I could then cater persian food to?
