Does anyone know where I can have pdf papers printed in bulk for a good price?

I went to FedEx and had a 66 page double-sided 11 x 17 pdf I have, printed for $45. They said they don't offer discounts for printing in bulk / multiple copies, and suggest I look at a printing press specialty of some sort. Does anyone know where I could have it printed in bulk on a consistent basis for a good price, and each 66 page booklet wrapped in plastic or some other material to stay unwrinkled / safe?
