I was at the spectrum tonight and a bunch of police cars whizzed by. I thought I’ll check the oc blotter and see if it says why ( spoiler alert, it never really helps lol) but I check anyway. I live in mv and the blotter has a wide variety of reports from traffic stops to disturbances. However, Irvine was almost all civil process ( serving papers) or evictions. This seems really odd to me and I’m curious to know why. Anyone know?
