Confusion about Work Request

Hi,
I have a PAYG account and am running some instances on the cloud service. I woke up earlier in the day to an email that said my Tenancy has been deleted, but when I checked the work request, it says the following.
Originally I wanted to delete the account as I wasn't using it as much but decided to host some servers for a few friends of mine
I have no idea what TERMINATE_ORGANIZATION_TENANCY is and am currently worried about the servers being deleted. Advice would be appreciated
