I see no difference with toric lenses

My optometrist said I need either 1 or 1.25 with 90 axis. Apparently they don't come in 1 so I ordered the 1.25 ones and I honestly see no significant difference. My eyesight isn't worse or better. Do I need to wear them longer to see a difference? Did the dr mess up my prescription? I wouldn't put it past her since she messed up something else for my glasses (regular, not for astigmatism).

If it helps this is only for the right eye and the strength is -0.75, while the left eye needs -4 correction but has no astigmatism.
