Hi friends!
I was just thinking today about how I approach my mini monovision contact lens patients.
Lately I have been aiming to correct the dominant eye: -0.25, and non dominant eye: -0.75.
I find this just gives enough near vision for basic near tasks, and does not interfere with the distance. Obviously for those that are over the age of 45 or for those who have demanding near tasks they still need to wear reading specs over the top ( which some donβt mind, but some do).
Whats your favourite monovision arrangement? Success rate? Discuss!
