Any insight on Rolling Bull Call Spreads on QQQ

Ive been mulling over entering a Bull Call Spread that I can roll, up and/or out, as needed, indefinitely, with the general conciseness that "Stonks Only Go Up" when you look at the market, as a whole, over time.
