Making interface IP changes propagate to DHCP scope/reservations?

Is there a way to do this automatically in Opnsense? IE if I change the interface's IP scope, I also need to manually change it in the DHCP. Obviously it's not like I plan on doing this a lot, but just for simplicity's purposes. Or should I just start to look into creating a quick and easy bash script that finds and changes the associated values in the actual files? Figured there might be some kind of plugin that does this already first, though.
