How should I approach this?

Landlord put out a notice saying no more plants, or any other items in front of apartment units ...I tossed out seeds during out winter period (9B) and I hate to just have to trash this guy.... question is....do I bring it inside? It's sharing a pot with a lemon tree.... outdoor to indoor. I just got done with an indoor grow and it didn't look this good so I'd like to keep it going....thoughts?
