Got my Oxy 40s refilled today I’m so happy I’ve been in severe pain lately and had some 40mg buprenorphine patches to help w the pain and cravings when I finished my script early. Took 2 bad boy and crushed 2 a up the nose they went 180mg total so far feeling a nice warm buzz but ik the effect is not as strong do to the transtec patches not being out of my system completely yet. Unfortunately, here in ecuador where I live narcotic pain medicine isn’t that common like you can buy tramadol and codeine over-the-counter, but with a prescription the only opioid medication that exist with a prescription that you can get is morphine, injectable or tablets oxycodone pills extended release Insta release you can also get tapentadol instant release and extended release as well as buprenorphine patches and fentanyl but that’s it meanwhile just across the border in Columbia they have everything that’s available in Canada in the United States but for some reason here ecuador the laws are strict and the government took a lot of the medication’s off the market such as hydrocodone, which is available in Columbia without a prescription over-the-counter also overhear methadone does not exist. Neither does Dilaudid or Hydro morphine pills or injections so you can’t really switch around too much. You’re basically stuck with tramadol, tapentadol, oxycodone, morphine trans patches, and then eventually fentanyl, which kind of scares me because I have a tolerance and I really do not want to end up taking fentanyldue to 40 mg of OxyContin and ecuador 40 mg is the highest doses. The pills come in for some reason meanwhile across the border they go up to 80. It’s a pain in the ass but chronic pain patients gotta do what we gotta do to try and live in every normal life.
