Hi All, I’ve been on sub 4 mg and tamgesic for pain for nearly a year. Due to unpleasant side effects, and also a nasty withdrawal I put myself into. My pain specialist has, now withdrawn my authority for my meds. I was having 4 mg per day & plus tamgesic pills if needed. Plus more strips if required..

As I’ve had a dental issue as well, my pain specialist has decided to substitute my authority for the subs, to targin 10/5 mg 3 times per day.
I’m completely freaking out, and worried, firstly that replacement medication is not available at the moment at any pharmacies, Plus this seems, like stuff all for a replacement dose. So I can imagine withdrawals to start happening next week..

Can anyone advise what helps ease the twitches and horrendous stomach pains of withdrawal ?
