My mom overdosed and I found a blue m 30 on her. They were fake and only had fentanyl in them. They were the best pressed fake pills I’ve ever seen… Im curious if she’s been taking fentanyl this whole time without knowing or is that extremely uncommon to find such well pressed pills that are fake

I don’t know what it’s like to be an addict and I’m curious. I know she’s been getting her pills from different people lately most likely and not prescribed. I’m just curious if it’s that common to find a perfectly pressed blue 30 that’s not actually prescribed? Like are most people that are getting pills in the street willingly taking fentanyl or did she just get unlucky?
