Am I cured?

I started taking suboxone like 6 months ago and have found myself with over 250 suboxone in my possession
I never take them or not what was prescribed yet got refills as due.
Does this mean I can stop taking subs entirely? Or should I just use as needed and keep the extras for a rainy day? Throw them out?
