I’m after some advice please thank you. I have used opiates in the past but not much for recreational purposes, I prefer benzos & stimms, like mdma & dexies. I’ve recently had a big operation 3 weeks ago, open surgery with some complications. I had an open laparotomy, plus lots of adhesions. Now with an infection in the incision. I was originally put on a fentanyl infusion pump, for a couple of days. They were going to add ketamine, but instead put me on Lyrica 75 mg x 2 per day Pain meds are Palexia SR 100 mg morning & night & Oxycodone IR 5 mg as needed Plus Palexia IR 50 mg as needed & temazepam 10 mg if needed. Im not feeling high or anything, could my use of other drugs given me a tolerance for opiates ? ? I’m still in serious pain, and wondering why these meds are barely doing anything. Drs have said this is a high dose, I’m thinking 🤔 yeah bullshit.. Anyone got any ideas or thoughts please ? Thank you 😊
