For cold copping: After you arrive in the city (not the County or the Inner Harbor; more like the less commercial parts of East and West), people will be advertising it by yelling at you on the street and corners, as long as you're white. Pretty much the easiest city to cop in. More specific advice, PM me mang.
Roll through Catonsville a few times per week to go cop! Right down Rt. 40 if I decide not to use Security that day.
Quality isn't as bomb as some of the chunks of rock I've been copping lately. Still pretty decent though. Looks like a good night for me, baseball and smackkkkkkk. Love my city. Hit me up with a message if you're hailing from Charm City!
