If 25mcg of fent is equal to 60mg morphine, and 45mg of oxy is equal to 60mg morphine, is it safe to assume 25mcg fent is equal to 40mg oxy?

I tried fent patches for a couple of weeks and I’m switching back to oxy because I’m not really diggin the patches. I am just trying to figure out what my tolerance level is at, and I can’t find a direct equivalent on the Internet, everything I can find just shows the ratios for morphine. Anyone have experience with this? Is the math mathing?
