SSRIs Completely Stop Opiates from Working

Just as it says, hydrocodone, Vicodin or even kratom. I was taking daily painkillers before being prescribed to Lexapro, then 2 weeks into Lexapro…nothing at all.
Has me wondering if this would be a possible way to aid with withdrawal?
