Hey, I just hard to Narcan my roommate. I have never used it before and messed up with one of the nasal sprays but did the other okay. I put a little water and shook the other and gave it too. He instantly came to and said he feels okay. I don’t think he even comprehended what happened at all. Refuses to go to the ER. He got up walked around, walked his dogs to the park for 10min and came back and is going to bed. I told him he needs to stay up awhile. He took an Oxy that was fake thinking it was real and doesn’t normally do those. He said I shouldn’t call for help or anything and I’m just wondering if he came to almost instantly and was that up and alert if he is going to be alright? From people who have Narcan’d others but then they didn’t go to the ER. I know it wears off in a bit. He wants to go to bed since it’s late even tho I told him he shouldnt for a bit. It’s like he doesn’t care or understand how serious. Thanks for any input, I’m stressed af.
