I just need support I guess. If you look at my previous posts, I just complained about experiencing withdrawal a month after being tapered off by my doctor.
I just got diagnosed with drug-induced lupus today on top of the health issues I already have. My chemo is causing the lupus.
So now, I have to stop taking this specific chemo and try another.
I have indescribable pain in my chest called pleurisy. Caused by the lupus. I am going to be given prednisone as long as my stool samples come back negative for bacterial infection.
My doctor said the only relief you will get is from oxycodone or hydrocodone. Typically, they presribed you high dose of NSAIDS. But I cannot take NSAIDS because my stomach lining is bleeding.
This is really hard for me. I just got through withdrawals if stopping my previous opiate treatment and it sucked.
……. What a kick in the butt.
