I've already turned hardware acceleration on and off, doesn't make a difference.

GPU rasterization's on, helped for a couple days, then back to this.

Enabled hardware-accelerated video decode, changes nothing.

Enabled the ignore-gpu-blocklist flag, nada.

Tried in desperation installing the h264ify extension, did jack shit.

This ONLY happens in Opera and Chrome. I'm actively losing 10 - frames a second on any video and there's a lot of lag and screen tearing, both horizontal and vertical.

Can someone please, for the love of everything that is holy, help me fix this so I don't have to keep another browser around just to watch some damn videos without destroying my eyes?
