Is it fixable or do I now have to start again.

Despite having never unpaused the game I had 80-something road vehicles and had put a lot of effort into building an motorway/interstate all the way from New York to Chicago as well as to Philadelphia and had just started going to Los Angeles when I went to bed. Come back after lunch the next day and well...

(I don't know how taboo this is because this is my first time on here but I did use cheats to gain money and to bypass the local authority, sorry)

Note - The save above the broken save was me restarting the game and saving immediately to see if it was a problem with the scenario/map, that save worked meaning that it isn't a problem with the map/scenario

TLDR: Save fucked, is it possible to unfuck or do I have to restart and pray that it doesn't become fucked again
