Hey, all you tycoons!

I recently rediscovered my love for this game and, thankfully, I already own both the original RCT and RCT2. However, I'm intrigued by OpenRCT2 and was curious to know if there was a possibility of a Steam release?

I tried to see if this had been addressed anywhere else and I couldn't find anything (forgive me if it's been asked before). I just know that OpenTTD got a Steam release and, as far as updates and such, it would obviously things simpler, at least from an updating standpoint.

Typing it out, I'd imagine there could be some difficulty due to Atari holding the rights to the RCT license. I was just curious if anyone had any thoughts or knowledge about this?
