Hi all. I've just updated to the latest build, and the frame rate in the main menu is weird. The FPS counter at the top shows at no more than 7-9, but the images are flashing by 3 or 4 per second.

Changing the settings doesn't seem to do anything.

The game itself is completely fine once I launch a map.

Yeah, the background videos as still animated, as you can see movement in the peeps but the videos are cutting from one to another 3 or 4 a second.

The movement in them appears to be at the normal speed rather than sped up.

Music is at standard tempo, and the mouse moves freely but highlighting buttons and things is pretty slow too.
