Finally fired up my Koda 16. Set up a prep table on my screen in porch. I used to work as a chef professionally and some of my favorite jobs were working brick ovens so I was stoked to get one of these for home. For my margherita pizzas I like to drop some pesto on them rather than basil leaves. Prefer the texture.
