I have an Ooma Telo Air, and Premier, and just had both of our landlines ported. I can’t, however, call one number from the other, in either direction. It goes straight to voicemail, but to the voicemail of the correct number. Meaning, I can dial my own number to reach my voicemail, but if I call the other number, it goes straight to it’s voicemail, and doesn’t ring through. Both lines can dial out, and receive calls from all other lines just fine. I know I can work around this by using intercom, but that isn’t ideal, when each number would otherwise be favorited. Anyone know what is going on here, or how to fix it, or even if I can fix it?
