Should I be worried?

Got a big package coming from shein and my package was stuck at the airport for almost 9 days and I never heard of ontrac and thought they were alright and now I’ve seen nothing but horror stories and by the time my “package” gets here I won’t be home, should I be worried about it? I’m thinking about staying home just to be sure to receive it
