Tankless water heater ads on Insta, scam?

I keep seeing ads offering tankless heaters for ridiculously cheap on Insta, $0 down and $30 per month plus they buy out your existing rental bill. Specifically I see a company called LG Home Comfort all the time. Are these scams? Has anyone tried taking advantage of the deal?
