Saving tiktoks without losing audio sync

Does anyone else save their tiktoks to post as reels and notice that there's a delay to the audio or something like that? After downloading videos on either of my phones (iPhone SE 2020 AND iPhone 12 Pro), the sound is always out of time with the audio. I was wondering if this happens to anyone else and if there's an easy fix. I know I could go to a video editor and manually fix the audio but I don't want to have to do that every time I want to share a reel 🥲
