Have you made more $ longterm when you lowered your sub rate?
Post Body

We have a reasonable high sub rate at $25p/m and we gotten up to 200 subscribers - which equates to 5K p/m. But, I'm wondering if I should lower our sub to attract more subs and get a better retention.

Has anyone had any long term success reducing their rate by around 50% permanently and attracted many more subscribers than before, to increase overall revenue?
