Organizing content

Do y’all use any certain apps for organization? I've been doing this almost 2 years so needless to say I have tons of videos and pictures I have trouble organizing.
Any advice or app suggestions welcome that you use for this!
BTW I'm in love with organizing content into lists now (I wish it was something you could use for content from messages too though)
