Hi I'm kitty, I'm going to do more of an overview post on the helpful things I've found out which will cover a bit more of my background/journey which I think will really help especially newbies.

I do have dyslexia so apologies in advance for typos etc. This post is focused mainly around promoting on Instagram. I have given this information to other girls and it's really helped them.

I started Instagram in January 2021 and I had absolutely no idea about all their understandable but frustrating rules.

I was posting what ever I wanted basically that wasnt nude. Using all kinds of naughty text to invite people to my o.f.

I was getting away with it because I was new!

It wasnt till march time they realised what I was doing and i got a scary message saying i am too naughty for Instagram!!! Its the first time I'd ever seen it I'd only heard of them doing it. I was busy thinking well there are millions of users they are unlikely going to find out what I'm up to...how wrong was I!

My absolute best advice is to keep Instagram very 'nicey nicey'. They are essentially trying to keep children safe because they use it too.

If you are bent over on a pic then use an emoji to cover your mini moo. Even if you can't see anything anyway still do it but dont use cats 'pussy', melons 'tits'. They are so clever they know why you have a cat there...trust me I've been banned for that. I tend to use hearts but keep it cute but unrelated to an emoji that could be classed as sexual.

Do not for the mother of all things holy in the land mention Onlyfans anywhere at all ever anywhere at all any where ever ever!!!! Not in comments, bio, stories. That word is like pure evil to insta! It will put you on an auto shadow ban.

To get around this use something like allmylinks and put that in your bio. That way if you use twitz reddit etc etc they are all collectively together and people will bounce around to all your profiles.

What ever you type in your stories insta know about it. I screenshot a page that flashed up really quickly and it basically showed the way insta actually monitor the words you use AND JUST EMOJIS. Be very careful of this because it's the main place I get banned. It's my naughty little back room and I love it 😅😈

What I tend to do is break down my stories into 5/6 or more. So the 1st will be a (all) random selfies that will say 'did you know...'. Second will say 'if you look...'. Third 'in my....'. Fourth 'byeo'. Fifth 'you will find'. 6th 'stuff n loot'. You can even go further if you have a discount or something but REALLY BREAK IT DOWN. I cant emphasise this enough. The auto bots dont flag consecutive stories they flag individual ones.

I follow someone who used 'Lincoln Byeo' and It really made me giggle but how effective is that and insta have no clue at all! 😈😈

Be creative with your words. Noodz instead of nudes. Loot, goodies, treats. Puurrcent owf. Forbidden site/place. My site. The place that shall not be named. People kinda know what your on about because you've been sending them through to your bio 😉 put some in the comments if you think any!

I dont use works like fans of fammers or anything really quite obviously Onlyfans. I refer to my boys as my onlyboys or my boys. I hope this makes them feel kinda special, I talk to them specifically alot in my stories but dont exclude others from seeing it, inside jokes or just stuff that people might be like ohh I wanna find out what shes on about etc y'know? I'm very cheeky and playful I've found that works for me.

If you post a pic dont think they dont know what just emojis are. I posted an innocent butt pic with a poll only using cats (because I'm kitty hence why it was for fun) but they associate that with pussy! Needless to say I was on the 100th ban of the hour 😅

I even tried to write something on the screen instead of type but they banned me again!!!..how do they even know though? 👽😈👽

Try to keep mixing your hashtags up, borrow other peoples, let them borrow yours. They say dont use all 30 but why give you 30 to use then? I just think keep constantly mixing them up instead.

Also be aware things you dont expect are on a banned hashtag list. I'm a horror fan so I used # horror having no idea its banned!...I think even the word dating is banned. If you google banned words that's really useful. They update alot so I wont post them here.

Check all your hashtags individually. Does it work or does it say its banned? If it is remove the tag.

For me now I've learned all this it just makes me wanna start again with it. I know what to do to not get banned now. The shadow ban has effected both my accounts badly.

I now have no option but to bring people in by following and unfollowing. I hate doing this because you do build up like insta friends then it's just looks like I'm all see ya toodles bye! But it's not like that. I do feel terrible but this is business as the end of the day and you need to pay bills and feed your family over the feelings of someone you dont know in person. That is just the reality of it I dont like it though 😥

You can only follow a max of 7500 on your account. I've seen so many people saying all kinds of different stuff about how many you can an cant unfollow a day it's very confusing.

What I do is morning afternoon and evening I'll follow 100 in places that are like minded people or people that might be into you. I have a lot of Americans probably because I search around American related stuff.

At the time you are on a following spree when it says requested I unfollow them immediately again because its actually easier. Dont unfollow more then 50 in your 1st few weeks then up it to around 100. I do this 2 to 3 times a day.

And I follow as many as I can but no more the 100 in an hour! Keep checking your total, if you are near 400 dont follow for a day just go on an unfollowing spree to bring it down. Again dont over do it or insta will tell you off then you have to wait 24 hours!

Do your following as you post. The new people will like your new post which helps if you are on a ban like me.

I also do stories that playfully ask people to like and comment on my new post. I do little competitions where the best comment gets pinned so the comments have been really good 🧡😻

In my stories I ask people what they want to see, the main things are selfie stuff obvs, butt pics they go nuts for them! And just general day to day stuff, they love getting to know you! Oh and memes too!

Do fun polls, music you like etc, use the insta story interactive tools, it will be slow at 1st but do respond to people. If you dont respond they probably wont ask you any thing again which would be a shame.

Ask your fans to do reviews for you in exchange for a little treat in their inbox, or a discount. Screen shot the review and story it. Remove their name and pic obvs, you dont wanna send your fans stalkers 😅

This always brings people through because they think they are missing out on something when the review is like pure fire!!

Messages on insta has been a tough one. I'm a big softie and at 1st i get sucked into speaking to people I shouldn't have. On the flip side I have made some lovely insta friends but again they arnt paying my bills because they arnt subscribed so move on.

I always like story replies ar a very minimum though. You can be interactive without giving time to free loaders 🧡

You need to be kinda tough or learn to be. I have rules. You dont send me any pics of any kind of yourself or your willy. Instant ban. They are the free loaders and the time wasters.

If anyone asks me for previews I make them feel bad and explain why is is so wrong to do that then I block them no second chances if they really wanna sub they will find your link, sub and apologise. Some lerch and wait for the opportunity to ask for something for free! Instant block. That's even worse because they have tactfully tried to manipulate me 😬

I generally will interact a little through messages and pretty much straight away politely direct them to my Onlyfans. If they are interested they will sub and they do. At that point they may say they are going to then dont. Dont speak again until they sub. Even if you talk regular if they mess you around dont waste your time and make it known by just ignoring them. If they want to sub then service will be resumed 😎

Where are you from? Dont forget the rest of the world wake up at different times to you. Post when they are likely to be on their phone checking you out.

I have recently learned that maybe 3 to 7 stories a day is best. I can do like 50 sometimes 😂 but I get more views when I do less

Keep commenting and liking other peoples stuff too in like minded areas to get your self noticed

The only thing I have no experience in is shout out for shout out. No one really messages me about it and I wouldnt want to offend anyone by asking. I do hear it's worth it but I dont know how to go around that??

I do my insta totally anonymous but there are plenty of posts here that will help you with that because that a beast in its self 😅 I do show my face though and as soon as I did it helped loads!

I haven't found a way to put my Twitter in my stories yet which is frustrating. Dont do it! Ban ban ban 😂

There is probably more and if I think of anything...can I do an update/edit??

I'm new ish to reddit and still very much getting used to it. I really hope this helps and its everything I wish I knew before I started insta, I'd love to know your hacks!
